Wendy Handler has been working as a private broker for the past 10 years. She represents clients who are buying or selling jewelry, watches and decorative and fine arts. She has been formally trained by the Gemology Institute of America as a diamond grader, as well as colored stone and pearl grader. She represents her clients as if she were buying for herself. She is their consultant.

Wendy's background in business has resulted in her clients having unwavering trust in her. She earned an MBA and DBA (Doctorate of Business Administration) from Boston University in 1985 and 1989 respectively. She taught management at Babson College in Wellesley Massachusetts for 10 years, before she formally began her business as a private broker. She had advised hundreds of students on business plans, and therefore knew, without doubt, that starting a business as a private broker and consultant was her future.
